Tenant Introduction - £249.00

Includes Property Inspection and rental valutaion, Advertising of Property, Organising and accompanying viewings, Preparation of Tenancy Agreement and Inventory, collection of first months rent and deposit,

Advertising Plus - £149.00

Includes Property Inspection and rental valuation, Advertising of Property, Organising and Accompanying viewings.

New for 2010 - Budget Advertising -  £99.00

Includes Advertising Property and arranging viewings.

Monthly Management Fee - Fixed Fee £50.00

Collection of monthly rent and payment into landlord's bank account. Dealing with maintenance and servicing issues. 

House Minding Service

If you are going away for a short period, holiday etc, but don't want to engage a letting agent for the full tenancy we can look after your tenants in your absence. Simply let your tenants know the period that Langford will be looking after the property. We will telephone and introduce ourselves then you can relax knowing that if anything happens whilst you are away we will deal with it. Charges are by individual negotiation

Langford makes NO other charges for any service such as inventories, checking out or collection of keys
